[From the trailer] Moana: Maui?

After an unexpected call from her explorer ancestors, Moana must venture to the far seas of Oceania and dangerous, long-lost waters for an adventure like no other, paying homage to fan-favorite characters and details. Originally launched as a TV series in 2020 with plans to air the series on Disney+, the series was adapted into a theatrical sequel in February 2024.

The movie was good, don’t get me wrong
[Pua snorts] Maui: Why didn’t you bring a pig last time? Next up is Moana: Quest for the Mythical Island (2016).
Mantagi and Nalo
But there are two new characters who have almost zero screen time and would have made the movie much more exciting. Mantagi sings a good song with Moana and that’s all you really see of her and after you log out you don’t even see the villain Nala, I would have liked to see more of these two.
I still enjoyed it!
Mauis song is great, Beyond is also sweet, it just felt more like a long prequel to Moana 3 which will be great but I also don’t want to wait forever like this… I wonder if this is how everyone feels or just me.
